Heating ventilation and air conditioning
Heat is provided through low-pressure steam radiation, a perimeter induction system and air handlers equipped with steam coils. Air conditioning is provided through the building’s main refrigeration plant that consists of two York 1.300 ton, steam driven turbines, and one York 400 ton electric chiller.
